Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and profitability
  • Generate new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
  • Manage key accounts, drive customer satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
  • Coordinate with rental agencies and channel partners for business opportunities
  • Monitor sales operations, prepare MIS reports, and forecast sales performance
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure timely collections and achieve revenue targets within budget

Preferred candidate profile

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in Industrial Equipment Sales at Regional Level
  • Experience in Hoists, Scissor Lifts, Forklifts, Tower Crane and Industrial Utility Equipment preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively with Industrial / Process Industry clients
  • Willingness to travel extensively
