Hiring for 360 Infection Prevention Solutions Division

Open Positions:

• Area Sales Manager (ASM) Guwahati
• Territory Sales Manager (TSM) Guwahati
• Territory Sales Manager (TSM) Bhubaneswar

Role Summary:

Drive sales and market penetration of Meril's 360 Infection Prevention portfolio, including Advanced Wound Care (AWC), General Wound Care (GWC), Infection Control & Sterilization Solutions, and Surgical Apparels & Drapes, by building strong relationships with hospitals and key healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve territory/area sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and manage relationships with surgeons, infection control teams, OT/CSSD staff, purchase departments, and hospital management.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities and institutional accounts.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, CMEs, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with distributors to drive secondary sales, stock availability, and collections.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company processes.

Candidate Profile:

For ASM Guwahati:

• 5 - 15 years of experience in Medical Devices / Infection Prevention / Wound Care / Surgical Consumables / Hospital Solutions.
• Prior team handling experience preferred.

For TSM Guwahati & Bhubaneswar:

• 2 - 10 years of experience in Medical Devices / Wound Care / Infection Control / Surgical Disposables / CSSD / Sterilization / Institutional Healthcare Sales.

Qualification:

• Graduate in Science / Pharmacy / Life Sciences.
• MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.
