Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager for Pharma SFA (MR Reporting) Software Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling end-to-end sales cycles, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.

Prior experience in a SaaS-based CRM or SFA (Sales Force Automation) software sales is mandatory. The role involves regular client meetings and travel for business development activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for SFA software solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos for prospective clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and implementation.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM.
  • Travel to client locations for meetings, presentations, and business development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in SaaS-based Pharma SFA software sales is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage B2B sales and client relationships.
  • Good understanding of CRM processes and sales automation tools.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
