Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in bancassurance, credit cards, life insurance, and loan sales.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance and improve customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimize product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of bancassurance, credit card sales, life insurance, and loan sales products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
