Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- To identify the requirements of the customers and provide them with the feasible products.
- To analyze potential market based on the market intelligence and sending reports to the management.
- Promote brand image of the company by planning various activities.
- Maintain PR with all customers of PMET, PME FZC.
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research on rival products.
- Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
- Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
Sales & Business Development
- Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, client prospecting, product presentation, negotiations, and deal closure in line with UAE market standards.
- Develop strong B2B relationships with clients across automotive, industrial, and related sectors while expanding customer portfolios.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry engagement to support company growth in the UAE market.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive customer engagement and structured sales strategies.
Client Relationship & Account Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with key clients, procurement teams, and decision-makers to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, product information, quotations, and after-sales support.
- Provide professional product demonstrations, technical explanations, and customized solutions based on customer requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups, service coordination, and issue resolution.
Sales Operations & Coordination
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data, sales activities, quotations, and pipeline tracking.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, warehouse, and service teams to ensure efficient order processing, inventory control, and on-time delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market conditions to support strategic sales decisions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback for senior management review.
Marketing & Business Growth Support
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, trade exhibitions, and customer engagement events across the UAE region.
- Support lead generation initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on marketing-generated prospects.
- Provide sales insights and customer feedback to enhance product positioning and market penetration strategies.
