Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the agency channel for life insurance products.
• Manage a team of agents, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to capitalize on them.
• Monitor performance metrics such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction to optimize sales processes.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on agency channel management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and their applications.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
