Sales Manager

Role Objective: The primary responsibility of these hires will be to work on-ground and onboard supply through local agents, real estate companies, and society associations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard local channel partners including brokers, agents, and real estate firms
• Build relationships with society associations and key stakeholders
• Generate supply through consistent field engagement
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain partner relationships
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights from the field

Job Nature:

• Field-based role

• Travel required across Bangalore

• High ownership and target-driven profile

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in real estate, channel sales, or field sales (Minimum 1-2 years)

• Strong local market knowledge of Bangalore

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Self-driven and comfortable with extensive travel
