Role & responsibilities
Achieve quarterly/annual sales targets.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Expand the customer base in assigned territories or verticals.
Build relationships with key decision-makers & ensure customer satisfation & retention
Lead presales efforts including RFP/RFI responses, solution design, and proposal creation.
Collaborate with technical teams to build tailored solutions.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline
Act as the escalation point for key accounts.
Facilitate smooth transition from presales to delivery.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Work closely with marketing both in-house & outsourced for lead generation campaigns.
Coordinate with finance and legal for proposal approvals and contract closure.
Ensure commercial and legal compliance in all client communications.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and ethical standards.
Maintain data hygiene in CRM and documentation.
