Job Description
Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive – Residential Sales (Front-End)
Role Purpose
To drive primary sales by engaging prospective customers at the front-end, converting qualified leads into site visits and bookings, while delivering a high-quality customer experience aligned to Brigade’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement & Qualification:
Handle inbound and outbound leads, understand customer requirements, and effectively qualify prospects. - Site Visit Conversion:
Drive customer site visits through persuasive communication, follow-ups, and relationship management. - Sales Closure Support:
Present projects, value propositions, and pricing details to convert prospects into bookings, in coordination with closing managers. - Customer Experience:
Deliver a seamless and premium buying experience at pre-booking stage, ensuring strong brand recall. - Pipeline Management:
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM systems (e.g., Darwinbox / internal CRM) with high discipline. - Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to improve conversion effectiveness. - Cross-functional Coordination:
Work closely with marketing, CRM, and site teams to ensure smooth customer journey from inquiry to booking.

- Lead-to-site visit conversion ratio
- Site visit-to-booking conversion
- Revenue / bookings achieved against targets
- Customer experience feedback at pre-sales stage
