Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets through direct marketing, field sales, and field work.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for product promotion, customer engagement, and brand awareness in the education sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services in the education industry.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.

Job Requirements :

• 4-15 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales management with a focus on consumer electronics & appliances.
• Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in direct marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the education sector's needs and preferences for consumer electronics & appliances.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team remotely.
