Role Overview: We are looking for experienced professionals who can independently manage and close residential resale property transactions by coordinating with both property sellers and buyers. Key
Responsibilities: Engage with sellers and buyers to negotiate and successfully close resale property deals. Manage the end-to-end sales process, including follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures. Build trust with stakeholders and ensure a smooth transaction experience. Achieve assigned closure and revenue targets
Requirements:
- Ability to independently close property resale transactions without external support.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate resale/property sales, or 3+ years of proven sales experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable handling high-value transactions.
Preferred Skills: Experience in residential real estate sales.
Strong understanding of the property resale market and sales processes.
