Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen the strategic relationship with Infosys Finacle and its key stakeholders.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities related to Finacle implementation, migration, upgrade, customization, integration, testing, and managed services.
• Engage proactively with Infosys account teams to position Inspirisys as the preferred Finacle implementation and delivery partner.
• Coordinate opportunity discussions, RFP/RFQ responses, commercial proposals, and partner engagements.
• Maintain visibility into the Finacle opportunity pipeline and provide regular business updates to management.
• Work closely with internal sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure timely responses and successful opportunity conversion.
• Represent Inspirisys in OEM meetings, partner forums, and customer engagements organized by Infosys.

Desired Profile

• Above 3 years of experience in IT Services sales, alliance management, or account management.
• Proven experience working with application OEM or top OEM product sales
• Good experience within the OEM ecosystem, including sales, delivery, and partner management teams.
• Strong relationship management, business development, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to independently generate and nurture OEM-led business opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Growth in OEM-led opportunity pipeline.
• Number of qualified opportunities sourced through OEM.
• Revenue and order bookings from OEM engagements.
• OEM relationship strength and stakeholder coverage.
• Win rate and conversion of OEM opportunities.

Preferred Location: Bangalore (to enable close engagement with the Infosys Finacle leadership, sales, and delivery teams).
