Key Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries generated through digital marketing channels and effectively address customer requirements to deliver a seamless buying experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and prospective homebuyers.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions aligned with their investment and residential needs.
  • Conduct property consultations and guide customers through the entire home-buying journey.
  • Schedule and manage meetings with qualified leads and provide personalised advisory services to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and retail customers.
  • Showcase suitable primary residential properties and convert prospects into successful buyers.
  • Provide market insights, comparative property analysis, pricing guidance, and investment recommendations.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and developers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Coordinate closely with the CRM and post-sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from booking to possession.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Demonstrate strong customer focus, integrity, collaboration, problem-solving ability, and execution excellence.
