Job Title: Sales Manager Mortgage (LAP )
Role Summary:
Responsible for driving LAP business through direct sourcing and DSA channels while managing sales performance in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve LAP sales targets through DSA and direct channels
- Build, manage, and expand DSA/connector network
- Source new customers and drive disbursements
- Monitor pipeline, conversion, and portfolio quality
- Ensure compliance with credit and company policies
- Develop and maintain strong partner and client relationships
Requirements:
- 2-8 years of experience in LAP/Mortgage sales
- Strong DSA/channel management experience
- Good communication and relationship management skills
