Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets for personal loans, unsecured loans, and other financial products.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue growth in the assigned region.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to retain business and identify new opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in banking or finance industry with a focus on loan sales or related fields.
• Strong understanding of personal loans, unsecured loans, and other types of financial products offered by banks.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
