Sales Manager

Job Summary:

• Min. B.Sc  preferably as Chemistry - one of the subject added with Management Degree / Diploma in Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5- 10 years  experience in a sales role in Polymer related application , with a track record of achieving sales targets .
• Must be experienced in sales and marketing of Industrial Chemicals used in Polymer application PVC  , PP , PE Compounding , Engg Plastics etc.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be proficient with English , Hindi & Kanada languages
• Should be flexible to take care of  entire Karnataka Mkt –  Karnataka & Coastal Karnataka
• Should be open to extensive travel job

•   Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
•    Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
•    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
•    Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
•    Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
•    Oversee the daily sales operations.
•    Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.
