Hiring - Sales Manager, Micro LAP @ Prayagraj, Ayodhya Rishikesh

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager Micro Loan Against Property (LAP) to drive business through the DSA channel. The role involves sourcing, managing, and growing the DSA network while achieving business targets for Micro LAP products with ticket sizes ranging from 10 Lakhs to 50 Crore.

Role & responsibilities

Drive Micro LAP sourcing and disbursements through the DSA channel.

• Recruit, empanel, manage, and motivate DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
• Ensure achievement of monthly / quarterly disbursement and revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with DSAs to improve productivity and repeat business.
• Conduct regular DSA training, engagement meetings, and joint customer visits.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursements.
• Maintain strong control over portfolio quality, documentation, compliance, and risk parameters.
• Track sales performance, MIS, pipeline movement, and conversion ratios.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, RBI guidelines, and internal compliance norms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide actionable market feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience in secured lending, preferably Micro LAP / LAP / MSME Loans.
• Mandatory experience in DSA / Channel Sales for secured loan products.
• Proven track record of handling ticket sizes from 10 Lakhs to 50 Crore.
• Strong understanding of property-backed lending, credit basics, and local market dynamics.
• Experience working with NBFCs / Banks / HFCs is preferred.
• Good network of active DSAs and market intermediaries will be an added advantage.
• Salary 5 LPA to 10LPA.
