Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in banca, bancassurance, cross selling, general insurance, health insurance, life insurance products.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive insurance industry.
Job Requirements :
- 1-8 years of experience in banca sales or related field (bancassurance).
- Strong understanding of various types of insurance products such as general insurance, health insurance, life insurance etc. .
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
