We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in Ahmedabad and North Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet Architects, PMCs, Contractors, MEP Consultants, Developers, and End Clients on a regular basis.
- Drive product specifications and brand promotion in ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Generate business through project sales, lead conversion, and relationship management.
- Identify new project opportunities and develop a strong market presence across the assigned territory.
- Track project pipelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Coordinate with internal sales, operations, and technical teams for successful project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in Building Materials, Construction Materials, Architectural Products, Sanitaryware, Tiles, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or related project sales.
- Strong network among Architects, PMCs, Consultants, Contractors, and Developers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of specification selling and project sales processes.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within Ahmedabad and North Gujarat.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
