Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Reports to: Country Head Sales.

Location: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Andhra Pradesh & Hyderabad.

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Sales Professional to promote our Weighing and Allied solutions to Builders, Architects, Construction & Infrastructure development Companies. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the Construction and Real estate industry with a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Build relationships with Builders and construction companies to promote our Innovative Weighing solutions.
2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations. Showcase the benefits and features to potential opportunities.
3. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
6. Meet and exceed sales targets
7. Provide excellent customer service. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses, product knowledge, and offering resolution.
8. Team handling is the added advantage.

Requirements:
1. Experience: 2 to 10 years of sales experience in the construction or Infrastructure industry.
2. Strong Network & established relationships with builders, infrastructure development and construction companies.
3. Product knowledge: Familiarity with construction & building materials, construction machinery, earthmoving equipment, RMC plants and crushing equipment.
4. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
6. CRM proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., salesforce.com) to manage sales pipeline and customer interactions.

Academic / Technical background:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
