Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales management.
Roles and Responsibility
- Originate loan proposals, both secured and unsecured, within the company's credit policy.
- Evaluate proposals based on company credit policy and log positive proposals in the system.
- Engage with relevant authorities and departments for case approvals and escalate cases as needed.
- Collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Client teams for effective and smooth case closure.
- Provide regular service to customers and address their future needs.
- Assist risk and credit teams in portfolio risk management and collect overdue customer payments.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets assigned by the company.
- Manage channel partners and other external stakeholders.
