Role & responsibilities
The Sales Manager PL Cross Sell is responsible for driving personal loan sales through cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base. The role involves identifying customer needs, managing sales pipelines, achieving business targets, and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to maximize loan disbursements while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Personal Loan cross-sell business by leveraging the existing customer portfolio.
- Identify and convert eligible customers through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads through internal databases, referrals, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and repeat business.
- Coordinate with branch teams and other business units to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure timely processing of loan applications and follow up until disbursement.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, KYC norms, and internal compliance policies.
- Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and update CRM systems regularly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in Personal Loan sales, Cross Sell, Retail Assets, or Banking/Financial Services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
