Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to drive business growth for our Thin Wall Food Packaging division. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in B2B sales, key account management, and business development within the rigid plastic packaging industry, preferably serving Food, Dairy, Ice Cream, FMCG, QSR, and Ready-to-Eat segments. Thin-wall packaging is commonly associated with high-volume injection-moulded food containers and packaging applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Drive new business acquisition and expand market share in Food Packaging and FMCG sectors.
• Manage and grow key accounts across Food, Dairy, Ice Cream, Beverage, and QSR industries.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and pricing discussions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Identify new markets, customers, and product opportunities.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and MIS reports for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12+ years of experience in B2B sales within Rigid Plastic Packaging, Thin Wall Packaging, Injection Moulding, PET Packaging, or Food Packaging.
• Proven track record in handling large FMCG, Food Processing, Dairy, or Beverage accounts.
• Strong expertise in Key Account Management and New Business Development.
• Experience managing regional or national sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• MBA (Marketing) preferred.
