Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the BFSI industry.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the BFSI sector, including banking, insurance, fintech, etc.
