Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our institutional sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence. Experience in B2B sales, specifically selling educational products or services to schools, colleges, and coaching institutes, is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic action plans to meet sales targets.
- Identify and target key institutional customers, including universities, libraries, and government organizations.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and support teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor performance metrics, including revenue pipeline and conversion rates.
- Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to foster a culture of accountability.
