Job Description

  • We are seeking a Sales Manager / Strategic Partnerships professional to drive enterprise adoption of Sithafal Technologies ESG platform.
  • This role is ideal for Ex-Big4 professionals or senior B2B sales leaders with strong networks in ESG, sustainability, audit, risk, or compliance domains.
  • The role follows a commission-based or hybrid compensation model and offers uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B enterprise sales for Sithafal Technologies ESG, BRSR & GRI automation platform Engage with CXO stakeholders (CFOs, ESG Heads, Sustainability & Compliance Leaders) Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle:
  • lead qualification, demos, proposals, and closures Build strategic partnerships with consulting firms, ESG advisors, and audit professionals Position the platform as a regulatory-compliant, audit-ready ESG solution Support pilots, proof-of-concepts, and commercial negotiations Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, ESG, Sustainability, Risk, Audit, or Compliance sales Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, BRSR, GRI, or sustainability reporting Proven ability to sell to mid-market and large enterprises Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ex-Big4 (EY, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG) background
  • Experience in ESG consulting, assurance, CSR, or regulatory advisory
  • Existing network across listed companies or large enterprises
  • Experience in partner-led or advisory-led sales models Compensation Model Commission-based or hybrid (low fixed + commission) engagement 10%20% commission per closed deal (deal-size dependent)
  • Recurring commission on renewals No cap on earnings
