Sales Manager - HL

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of Home Loan products through DSA channel.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve business targets, including number of files sanctioned, revenue generated, and profitability.
  
• Build strong relationships with DSA partners, understand their needs, and provide support to drive sales growth.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in home finance industry (housing loan/home loans/HL).
  
• Strong understanding of housing finance concepts and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
