Job Description

Preferred Experience:

- Proven experience in Fleet Sales, including acquisition and management of fleet customers, transporters, and logistics operators.

- Strong expertise in Dealer Management, dealer network development, performance monitoring, and relationship management.

- Hands-on experience in Territory Sales Management, including market expansion, sales planning, target achievement, and channel development.

- Demonstrated success in Business Development, customer acquisition, key account management, and revenue growth initiatives.

- Prior exposure to the Commercial Vehicle (CV) / Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV) industry, with a sound understanding of market dynamics, customer segments, and industry trends.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with fleet owners, transport companies, financiers, and channel partners.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving market share growth.
