Job Description


  1. Master the IPru GIFT City Products and Sales Process
  2. Build strong understanding of the Regulations affecting product and sales processes in GIFT City
  3. Get accustomed to login, tracking and issuance systems
  4. Handle product and sales process related queries from the IPru Proprietary teams
  5. Handle customer queries along with the sales teams
  6. Communicate with customers whenever requested by the Sales Teams
  7. Track biz regularly; coordinate with Teams to clear pendencies
  8. Co-ordinating other peripheral tasks involved
