Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our CCTV and surveillance solutions business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with distributors, dealers, system integrators, and corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the CCTV and security surveillance market.
  • Manage and support channel partners, distributors, dealers, and system integrators.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, builders, educational institutions, industries, and government organizations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management review.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution and customer support.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding receivables from customers.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and business development activities.
  • Maintain customer data and sales pipeline in CRM software.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field.
  • MBA in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in CCTV, surveillance, security systems, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of CCTV products, surveillance systems, access control, video door phones, and networking products.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.
