Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales for food ingredients and nutraceuticals across Pan India
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospective clients in food, beverage, and nutraceutical manufacturing sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct market mapping, and generate qualified leads.
- Promote Chemico's portfolio of ingredients through technical presentations, product samples, and application discussions.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to address customer needs and ensure effective product positioning.
- Maintain updated sales reports and Supplier Handling
- Coordinate with principals/suppliers for pricing, samples, and technical support.
- Participate in trade fairs, seminars, and industry events to expand Chemico's network and visibility.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong understanding of food ingredients, nutraceuticals, or specialty chemical sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and willing to travel extensively within the region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Nutrition, Home Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 year of experience in sales of food ingredients, nutraceuticals, or specialty ingredients, or a related industry.
