Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales for food ingredients and nutraceuticals across Pan India
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospective clients in food, beverage, and nutraceutical manufacturing sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities, conduct market mapping, and generate qualified leads.
  • Promote Chemico's portfolio of ingredients through technical presentations, product samples, and application discussions.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to address customer needs and ensure effective product positioning.
  • Maintain updated sales reports and Supplier Handling
  • Coordinate with principals/suppliers for pricing, samples, and technical support.
  • Participate in trade fairs, seminars, and industry events to expand Chemico's network and visibility.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong understanding of food ingredients, nutraceuticals, or specialty chemical sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven and willing to travel extensively within the region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Nutrition, Home Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in sales of food ingredients, nutraceuticals, or specialty ingredients, or a related industry.
