Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth in Schneider Electric's Education Business by expanding the reach of Didactic Products across India. The role involves working closely with Channel Partners, educational institutions, and CSR stakeholders to capture a large and niche market opportunity.

Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand the reach of didactic products through channel partners.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners across Indian states.
  • Train and support channel partner sales teams to drive performance.
  • Manage and grow sales through Schneider Electric's Eshop and GeM Portal.
  • Build strategic partnerships with CSR teams of large private and government organizations to fund skill development projects.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Gather and share market feedback with the offer marketing team for product improvements and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 610 years of sales experience, including 45 years in concept/value-based selling.
  • Candidates with pre-sales experience in automation technologies looking to transition into full-time sales are welcome.
  • Experience working with universities, technical institutions, and channel partners is a strong advantage.
