Frontline Sales Manager D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) Insurance
Job purpose: Own end-to-end D2C salesgenerate leads, pitch plans, complete e-KYC/e-sign, and drive policy issuance/renewalsno agents.
Key responsibilities
- Daily prospecting (leads, area visits, events), conduct need-based pitches, and close policies (term/motor/health).
- Run digital flow: quote form KYC payment issuance; explain product, exclusions, premium.
- Manage CRM/funnel, convert leads, follow up renewals, handle service/claim basics, and escalate issues.
- Demo app/portal, ensure compliant selling, and maintain audit-ready docs.
Requirements
- 1-4 yrs field/digital sales (insurance a plus), Hindi/English fluency, smartphone/CRM comfort, 2-wheeler preferred.
Location - Chennai ,Trichy
Experience: 0.6 to 10 years in insurance
Salary - Depend on interview
