About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Sales Manager to lead customer acquisition and revenue growth for E5 Internal Cure an innovative US Patented concrete technology product serving the construction industry.
We are looking for a hardcore sales professional who knows how to open doors, push conversations forward, follow up relentlessly, influence decision-makers commercially, and close deals.
The technical side of the product will be supported by our Technical Head. Your role will be to own the commercial conversation end-to-end and ensure business gets converted.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and market penetration of E5 Internal Cure across the construction ecosystem
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Ready-mix concrete (RMC) companies
- Real estate developers
- Contractors
- Infrastructure companies
- Consultants and project decision-makers
- Lead all commercial discussions, negotiations, pricing conversations, and deal closures
- Identify high-potential customers and aggressively pursue business opportunities
- Ensure strong and consistent follow-up with prospects until conversion
- Coordinate closely with the technical team to support customer trials and implementation
- Track project pipelines, approvals, and ongoing opportunities with high ownership
- Develop strategies to expand product adoption across large construction projects
- Represent the company confidently in meetings, presentations, site visits, exhibitions, conferences and industry interactions
- Maintain regular reporting on sales pipeline, closures, collections, and market intelligence
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong background in sales within the construction industry
- Experience in construction chemicals, concrete products, admixtures, RMC, cement, or related sectors preferred
- Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue growth
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Strong network within the construction ecosystem is a major advantage
- Highly proactive personality with relentless follow-up capability
- Comfortable handling pressure, targets, and aggressive growth expectations
- Strong communication and relationship management skill
