Overall Job Description
- It involves leading sales teams, including recruiting and managing a team of AQMs, or operating independently.
- Identify and acquire potential customers in the market by evaluating their suitability in line with IndusInd Banks products and policies. Leads will be generated through referral partners and the branch network, requiring a sound understanding of basic financials.
- Analyze and compare financial products and their alternatives using various criteria, with a strong ability to interpret and assess SME financials.
- Manage a self-sourced lending portfolio effectively, ensure a high standard of customer service, and handle EMI collections for delinquent accounts.
