Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of recruiters to achieve sales targets through effective lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and upselling/cross-selling products.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of recruitment services with other departments such as operations, marketing, and customer service.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes.

Job Requirements :

• 0-10 years of experience in agency sales or field sales in the financial services industry (insurance).
• Proven track record of success in managing teams or leading individual contributors towards achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and agency channel distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
