Role & responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Achieve individual sales targets for Life Insurance products through direct customer acquisition.
- Generate leads through personal networking, referrals, market activities, and company-generated databases.
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to drive conversions.
- Ensure consistent business generation and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Update CRM systems and ensure timely submission of business reports. • Participate in daily sales reviews and performance discussions.
Preferred candidate profile
• Experience 05 years of experience in Life Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, or Direct Sales. Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered for entry-level opportunities. Required Competencies
• Sales Orientation Strong passion for sales and target achievement. Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
