Sales Manager / Front Line Sales (FLS)

Role & responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development
• Achieve individual sales targets for Life Insurance products through direct customer acquisition.
• Generate leads through personal networking, referrals, market activities, and company-generated databases.
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to drive conversions.
• Ensure consistent business generation and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Update CRM systems and ensure timely submission of business reports.
• Participate in daily sales reviews and performance discussions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience 0-5 years of experience in Life Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, or Direct Sales. Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered for entry-level opportunities. Required Competencies
