Sales Leader(individual sales)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leader to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales management or a related field, with a strong background in sales strategies and techniques.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for the IT company's products.
• Manage the sales team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure all team members meet their targets.
• Build relationships with key customers and partners to increase sales.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to align the NFC Card product with organizational goals.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the sales process.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on trends and developments.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
• Possess strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exhibit strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop strategies based on analysis is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
• Experience working in the technology industry, particularly with NFC technology, is preferred.
