Role & responsibilities
Primary purpose is to improve lead conversion, proactive customer engagement, and consistent follow-up through cold calling and digital channels.
Preferred candidate profile
Cold calling and lead generation for CRMs, PT programs, and chemical testing services
- Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries through phone, email, and CRM tools
- Explaining product offerings and service scope clearly to customers
- Preparing quotations, following up on proposals, and closing orders
- Coordinating with operations and logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Maintaining customer data, follow-ups, and sales pipeline in CRM
- Supporting repeat business and long-term customer relationships
