Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Strategic Hunter with strong experience in the Property Casualty (PC) insurance domain to drive new business acquisition and large deal closures. The role focuses on selling IT and business services to PC carriers, MGAs, MGUs, and reinsurers.
Key Responsibilities - Identify and acquire new PC insurance clients
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and drive deal closures
- Engage with senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders
- Understand client requirements and position relevant IT and business solutions
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for large and complex deals
- Collaborate with internal teams for solutioning and proposal development
- Work with partners and platforms for joint opportunities
- 10-15+ years of experience in IT services sales
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in PC insurance domain
- Proven track record of closing large deals ($1M+ TCV)
- Experience working with PC insurers, MGAs, MGUs, or reinsurers
- Strong understanding of PC Lines of Business (Commercial, Personal, Specialty)
- Experience in selling transformation and IT services solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar platforms
- Exposure to cloud, data, and digital transformation services
