Experience

• Minimum 5 years in a Sales Leadership role

• MBA (Sales/Marketing/Business Management) preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall sales function and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Manage Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Bid Management teams.
• Own sales targets, revenue, margins, and market expansion.
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activities.
• Build strong relationships with government departments, PSUs, and enterprise clients.
• Lead high-value client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Handle RFPs, tenders, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Delivery teams.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Present sales reports, forecasts, and business updates to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 12 to 15 years of B2B sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading sales teams.
• Government Sales experience is Mandatory.
• Strong experience in handling RFPs, tenders, and enterprise sales.
• Experience managing Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Bid Management teams.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and sales analytics tools.
• Willing to travel across India.
