Job Title: Customer Service Executive/Sales Executive (US Process)

Job Overview:

We are hiring experienced Sales Executives for a US-based BPO process. The role involves handling international customers, generating sales, and achieving performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound sales calls for US customers
• Pitch products/services and close sales effectively
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
• Maintain professional communication and customer engagement
• Follow sales scripts while adapting to customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
• Coordinate with the team for lead management and reporting

Shift & Working Details:

• Working Days: 5 Days a Week
• Shift Timing: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM (US Shift)
• Process: US Sales

Salary Package:

• 30,000 35,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in BPO Sales / US Sales process preferred
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & persuasive)
• Confident in handling objections and closing deals
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Target-driven and self-motivated
