Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive/Senior Executive) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving property sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and prospects.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1 - 5 years of sales experience in Real Estate (Residential/Commercial).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
