To Lead the Company Sales and Revenue growth as SELF MOTIVATING AND TARGET DRIVEN INDIVIDUALS by achieving the sales targets with the Annual Business Plan

Deliver targeted top line as per the plan by ensuring targeted sales volumes at approved price levels and sales procedures in the organization.

Tracking and maintaining the sales Targets and overall sales success

Creating estimated sales forecasts for both short and Long-term
- Maintain the daily list of follow-ups of leads and properly draft the report
- Following up with customers and Ensuring a complete client satisfaction Index.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and profitability on a sustainable basis in line with the Annual Business Plan (ABP)
- Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of the companys products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets
- Increase of Market Share in the region.
- Extra strong ability to Strategies and Tap the Market share of the Auto / Super Cars Business operations
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate with Min 0-2 years of High Ticket and HNI Accounts handling
- Exemplary customer service abilities, Attention to detail, and sales numbers
- Experience and a proven track record of success in sales
- Extensive knowledge of inventory and various automotive specs
- Ability to juggle multiple duties and complete tasks through creative problem-solving
- Outgoing personality and at ease communicating with our customers and sales team
