Job Description
Yes Property is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for closing leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing residential property sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and convert leads into successful sales.
- Conduct site visits and explain project details.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain long term relationships with client.
- Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and competitor activity.
- Update CRM and maintain customer records.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6month-3years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Relater(preferably)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Having a vehicle and laptop mandatory
