Sales Executive/Assistant Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive/Assistant Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Contact potential and existing customers on the phone to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints professionally and courteously.
• Prepare and send quotes and proposals to clients.
• Set sales goals and develop sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Manage the sales process through specific software programs.
• Build and maintain a CRM database.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participate in sales team meetings and collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
