Job Description
- A Sales Executive for Wire, Cable, and CCTV systems drives revenue by acquiring new B2B clients, managing distributor networks, and selling surveillance solutions to businesses.
- They identify leads, negotiate pricing, and ensure technical requirements are met.
- This role requires traveling to meet clients, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with technical teams for installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Source new B2B leads through cold calling, market visits, and dealer networks.
- Client Consultation: Understand client surveillance needs and suggest appropriate camera/cable setups.
- Product Demos: Conduct live demonstrations for CCTV hardware and explain technical wire specifications.
- Channel Sales: Recruit, manage, and support dealers, distributors, and system integrators.
- Proposal Creation: Prepare and deliver detailed quotations, proposals, and project bids.
- Price Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts to close sales.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue goals.
- Post-Sale Support: Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing corporate clients for repeat business.
Essential Requirements
- Education: Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, or a Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven B2B sales experience in CCTV, security systems, or electrical/cabling products.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of wire/cable specifications and low-voltage systems (IP/Analog CCTV, DVRs, NVRs).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client negotiations.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned sales territory for client meetings.
