We are seeking a Sales Executive Wholesale/Distribution (East) to join our Sales team at Fossil Group in Kolkata, West Bengal. In this dynamic and global company, you will support territory expansion, strengthen partner relationships, and drive execution across the East market.

What you will do in this role

• Drive sales performance through distributors, retailers, and multi-brand watch stores across the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to support business growth and brand presence
• Manage territory performance including market development and expansion across key regions
• Track sales, inventory, and business performance using Excel tools to support decision-making
• Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections with basic reconciliation and coordination
• Ensure effective retail visibility, merchandising, and execution at store level
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and market activation plans

Who You Are

• 14 years of experience in wholesale, distribution, or sales roles within retail, lifestyle, or FMCG industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; BBA/MBA preferred
• Basic proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and lookup functions
• Understanding of merchandising, retail visibility, and visual merchandising practices
• Familiarity with East market regions including West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, and North East
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and relationship management skills
• Organized with clear and confident communication abilities
• Target-driven, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
