Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the Trauma & Spine sector. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Plan monthly, weekly, and daily tour programs and submit them to RSM.
  • Jointly discuss and execute tour visits with RSM in potential areas for lead conversion.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products, explaining their advantages and benefits to doctors, surgeons, distributors, and generating sales.
  • Listen to and address doctors', surgeons', and distributors' problems, providing solutions.
  • Address and escalate problems and queries to ASM/RSM, conveying solutions to doctors and surgeons.
  • Achieve sales and operational targets as determined by management.
